He has served in executive leadership positions including Chief Technology Officer and Chief Business Officer at Novateur Integrated Solutions Limited, where he has contributed to the development of businesses, technology platforms and organisational systems.

His public-sector experience includes consulting work with the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, contributing to digital initiatives designed to improve communication and welfare services for Federal Civil Servants. Chojo has also undertaken strategic consulting engagements involving branding, business development, sales, customer relationship management, human resources systems, procurement processes and institutional development.

As a public advocate, he has appeared on Channels Television to discuss issues including poverty alleviation, food security and social development. His work is increasingly focused on four interconnected areas: People, Enterprises, Communities and Nations. Chojo's long-term ambition is to contribute to the design and implementation of large-scale innovation, entrepreneurship and economic transformation programmes across Africa and the Global South.

Chojo holds a Master of Science in International Business from Aston Business School, Aston University, Birmingham, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Essex, United Kingdom. His professional journey began in technology and gradually expanded into entrepreneurship, business development, organisational transformation and development strategy.

He has held senior executive positions including Chief Technology Officer and Chief Business Officer at Novateur Integrated Solutions Limited. Across these roles, he has led and contributed to the development of technology platforms, CRM systems, human resource information systems, enterprise resource planning systems, digital marketing infrastructure and operational processes.

His experience as a business leader includes developing new business streams, building partnerships, managing multidisciplinary teams and contributing to the development and growth of multiple business brands. Chojo has also worked extensively on institutional and organisational transformation projects.

His public-sector experience includes consulting work with the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation between 2018 and 2021. During this period, he contributed to the conceptualisation and implementation of initiatives including the Service Welfare Newsletter, Service Welfare Mobile Application, digital helpdesk and support platforms. The work involved engaging with stakeholders across Ministries, Departments and Agencies, facilitating institutional relationships, supporting funding mobilisation, training desk officers and contributing to digital transformation in government communication and employee welfare services.

Chojo has also provided strategic consulting services to organisations including BUA Estate, contributing expertise across branding, marketing communications, business development, sales, CRM implementation, human resource systems, procurement processes, facility management systems and standard operating procedures.

Beyond his commercial work, Chojo has developed an increasing focus on social development, advocacy and economic transformation. He has appeared on Channels Television to contribute to public discussions on issues including food security, poverty alleviation and government social intervention programmes. His approach advocates moving beyond temporary interventions towards systems that enable people to become productive participants in economic development.
